EDIT: After speaking with the Director for the service center, I was pleasantly surprised that he took a direct interest into my specific situation and assigned a specific advisor to assist me on a day of my choosing. Our salesman was Joe Vargas and he was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and non-pressuring. Unfortunately, the car we purchased had a recall and we couldn't take it home till it was fixed. Alex Amiri made it right by reimbursing us for a rental car and giving us a loaner car. They also offered to make our first payment and all payments after that we wouldn't have the car. Luckily for them, the car was fixed and only one car payment will be needed. That is good customer service and we would highly recommend Villa Ford.
Love that they are conveniently open for service on Saturday. Very helpful with arranging transportation and delivery of vehicle when service was completed.

My last experience with Villa Ford was very good. I wanted a simple oil change, tire rotation and my break pads checked. They completed the work in a timely manner without trying to upsell me other jobs. I did noticed two of my tire air caps missing. I didn’t call or go back to get them replaced.
We take are company trucks there and personal. We never have any issues , good people good service

I've been going to Villa Ford a few years before the pandemic and appreciate that they were one of the 1st shops to reopen. My car never needs to be brought back after service and have had numerous repairs there since my car is old from oil changes to the transmission being rebuilt. Recently, Richard was more than patient with me, talking through my options when I had issues with my AC, as well as my catalytic converter. We had such a positive experience with Brandon and Elliot in purchasing our car. I called to inquire if they had the car and Brandon checked to make sure it was still there ( I saw it on their inventory list). We got there, test drove it. No pressure to purchase. Unfortunately have been back for some warranty issues, but the service dept has always been accommodating - that’s not these guys’ fault! Can’t recommend these guys enough. The service is always the best. Janey is the best service advisor. And I can always count on the work being done correctly. But my warranty didn’t apply to my recent service which I didn’t agree with. And the transmission dept is always backed up. Other than that I recommend getting service at Villa Ford in Orange.

Excellent customer service, outstanding purchase experience. From the first phone call inquiry to being handed the keys, all the staff was excellent. Even completed some follow up to the previous owner as they had promised. The best dealership experience I have ever had.
I bought the pre-paid maintenance and recently used the last of the scheduled and covered maintenance. They were always accurate in their estimate of time needed and it was always a painless experience. I will take my vehicle back for the maintenance I have pay because they have performed so well.

Salesman was very helpful and professional. The financing process was sketchy and non-transparent. I was shown the monthly payment but the annual interest rate was never revealed until I signed the contract.

TERRIBLE SEVRVICE. Victor, the head of service was COMPLETELY unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and condescending technician I've had the displeasure of working with. I am a woman who was raised by a mechanic and ACTUALLY pays attention and knows what can go wrong with a car. He REFUSED to return my calls only communicating through text, calling me by my husband's name EVEN AFTER I had corrected him multiple times telling him I was a woman, the wife because my husband was NEVER around cars.

A, do you professional work compared to local mechanics? It may cause a little more, but you know you're gonna get the best care now. I've had lousy care many times At other places. Really love the complimentary lyft ride. You don't have to worry about getting a neighbor to take your pick you up.
