The service and courtesy was fine. My only real issue was that it took two visits to service with the indication of a battery/electrical problem, it was finally discovered that the battery needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that was not apparently covered by the warranty, though I did have a maintenance contract on the vehicle. So the battery replacement was nearly $400. That seemed like an awful lot for a battery.

Bought a Ford here for the first time and the attention to detail was very good. Three weeks after the sale I found minute cracks on the front logo. They replaced it for me with no problem. Very courteous and very accommodating, but you do have stick to your guns when negotiating and don't be pressured by the percentages that are put in front of you. Do your homework about financing first.
