You must be an active SCE residential customer; the service account does not have to be in your name to apply. Effective 12/2/2021, eligible applicants can receive a maximum of three rebates. A household, defined as the same residential service address, may not submit more than three rebate applications per calendar year. Vehicle Eligibility Pre-owned (used) vehicles only. Vehicle must be a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) or Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). Vehicle can be purchased or leased. Vehicle must remain registered to you in California for a minimum of 20 months. Vehicle must be currently registered to your SCE residential service address. All eligible vehicles may receive a maximum of three (3) rebates from SCE programs, including the SCE Pre-Owned EV Rebate and the SCE Clean Fuel Reward Program.
