The staff are attentive and honest. Everything was up front. I could tell they were very confident in their product. They were okay with me getting their price break down and shopping it around. This was a unique experience, in a good way. McPeak's Dodge and Guarantee Chevrolet wouldn't let me leave there offices with a price break down sheet, it was very private and secretive. If I didn't buy their product on the spot, they were disappointed and stand off-ish. In the end Ford had the better product and David Wilson's Villa Ford had the integrity that set them apart.
Purchased a 2017 F250SD XLT on March 7, 2018. Sticker on it was $58k and saw that it was marked down to $49k. Heck of a deal right? Not so fast. Turns out that when you finance the incentives are removed and you end up financing the WHOLE enchilada after your down payment and trade-in are calculated. Not sure if this practice is legal but it definitely gives the favor to the house and not the consumer. Furthermore, if you purchase from these folks ensure that you walk in with financing from your lender. At least that way you will know the rate that you are getting. From my experience the sales department didn't seem too interested in getting me the rate I wanted especially with twin 750 credit scores. If it wasn't such a good deal I probably would've walked out. Good news is that I can refinance with another lender and get the rate I deserve. Happy shopping! 😉
